Principals of kindergartens and special schools of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals(TWGHs) have filmed a video for the District Council Election on 10 December, appealing to members of the public to fulfill their civic responsibilities and vote enthusiastically. On 10 December, all district elections were held to build a better and more prosperous Hong Kong.
